Condos in Town?

Are there any condo projects in Woodstock, New York and are there any that are on golf courses? What is the condo price range? Are there any age restricted condo communities?

   There aren’t a lot of condos/townhomes in the rural town of Woodstock, NY. However, there are many more in the Rondout section of Kingston, NY area and some popping up in conversion form in the Stone Ridge, NY area.

   Prices range from the $200-800k range…depending upon sqft, amenities, etc.

   You are more apt to find properties with accessory apartments and guest houses.

   Condo conversion, similarly in NYC, is possible and we have worked with many clients in the city who have chosen a multi-family home and turned it into multiple condos.
